2. Age Requirement (18+) This website is strictly for users aged 18 and older. By registering, you confirm that you meet this age requirement. KonnektYou reserves the right to request ID verification.
3. User Accounts You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password. Any activity under your account is your responsibility.
4. Payments and Subscriptions Payments are processed through Stripe. Subscriptions (e.g., VIP Membership) include a 3-day free trial. After the trial, the selected fee (Monthly or Yearly) will be charged automatically unless cancelled.
5. Content and Conduct Users and Models are responsible for the content they post. Harassment, illegal content, or fraudulent activity will lead to immediate account termination.
6. Limitation of Liability KonnektYou acts as a platform/intermediary between Users and Models. We are not liable for the individual actions of users or the quality of content provided by vendors.
7. Governing Law These terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands, without regard to conflict of law principles.
